WAEC: Oyo Assembly orders establishment of Quality Control Bureau over poor performance

The Oyo State House of Assembly has called on the executive arm of government to urgently establish a bureau of quality control/ department in order to address the poor performance of students of the state in the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and other external examinations. This was sequel to a motion of urgent public importance titled, “Remedying the Declining Performance of Students in Oyo State in Public Examinations through Improved Resource Inputs” jointly moved by Hon. Bimbo Oladeji (Ogbomoso North) and Olusegun Olaleye (Ibadan North 2).
